What Will the Ballot Look Like?

When North Lamar ISD voters go to vote on Prop A, the ballot language will not list the district’s funding priorities or how much funding is contributed by the state.
A new state law requires all Tax Ratification Election ballots to say, "THIS IS A TAX INCREASE.". Due to this requirement, all voters will see this statement on the official ballot language, even when there is no tax rate increase as a result of Prop A.
