NLISD uses the School Messenger Notification System for the Panther Alert. The system provides timely communication to parents, students, staff, and the community . If you are a staff member or have a child attending North Lamar ISD, you are automatically in the database and will receive phone notifications. However, if you would prefer to receive Panther Alerts by email or text messages, you can create your own contact preference profile. Contact Manager allows you to control the ways in which you prefer to be contacted.

Quick Tip is a support system that allows students to communicate with school administrators. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.
