NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY NORTH LAMAR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 

North Lamar ISD will receive sealed written bids at the North Lamar ISD Administration Office, 3130 North Main Street, Paris, Texas 75460 until 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from parties desiring to purchase, for cash, the following surplus personal property: Twenty-four (24) Portable Buildings located at 3130 North Main Street Paris, TX 75460. Bidders may bid on any or all of the twenty-four (24) Portable Buildings for sale. The surplus property is to be sold in their present condition and “AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" and buyer will pay all costs associated with the conveyance, including, but not limited to, all costs of insurance, bonds, permits, moving and transporting the surplus property off NLISD property. A Bid Packet containing instructions applicable to this bid process will be available in the North Lamar ISD Administration Office, 3130 North Main Street, Paris, Texas 75460 during regular business hours. All potential bidders are encouraged to request a Bid Packet to ensure bidders are familiar with the bid requirements. Sealed bids must be marked "ATTENTION: MRS. KELLI STEWART – BID FOR SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY – DO NOT OPEN." Bids not received by the deadline specified herein or that do not comply with the bid requirements will not be considered. North Lamar ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted in the best interest of the school district

North Lamar ISD will accept proposals until the end of the day May 5, 2026, for supplies, repairs, equipment, and services for the 2026-2027 school year.  Proposal packets may be obtained beginning Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the North Lamar ISD Roy Chadwick Administration Building.  Completed proposals should be mailed or dropped off in a sealed envelope  to:

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to accept any proposal deemed advantageous to the District, and to waive any formalities in bidding.  Prices will be effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.  Catalog or price list of all items with percent of discount must accompany the proposal form.  Selection of vendors will be based on price, selection, availability, and service.  More than one proposal may be accepted by the District. 

 

Vendors selected must be a TIPS  purchasing Coop member, TDA applicator license, workmans comp, and have liability insurance.
