North Lamar ISD Names August Employees of the Month

On September 15, North Lamar was able to honor TWO amazing employees who help make this district great. Mathews Auto Group awarded these two winners with a monetary gift through their Pay It Forward program. These two nominees were nominated by multiple co-workers who noticed and appreciated their hard work.

Mr. Ronald Smith (Maintenance Department)

Mr. Smith is a hard worker who can fix anything. He is always friendly and will make sure the job is done right! He goes above and beyond because he loves North Lamar. Thank you Mr. Smith for showing our North Lamar students how taking charge of our actions can change our future.

Mrs. Amber Soliz (Stone Middle School Assistant Principal)

Mrs. Soliz joined Stone with excitement and energy. She is always busy, going all over the campus every day checking on teachers and students. She always has a smile on her face. Mrs. Soliz is full of fresh ideas and provides positive leadership. Thank you Mrs. Soliz for leading by example and showing North Lamar students and staff how to chase excellence every day.
